The Academy utilises a unique training program for Wing Chun, with classes specifically for beginners, intermediates and advanced so you will never be thrown in at the deep end, whilst still being pushed to your full potential.
The teaching method is easy to follow, practical and extremely effective for self defence. You will be taught how to apply your Wing Chun training to real world fight situations in order to enable you to successfully defend yourself.
By focusing on Wing Chuns key concepts as actions, this provides a solid and easy to understand foundation, on which to build more advanced techniques upon.
Dr Mark Phillips has over 35 years experience in teaching Wing Chun, and has developed a teaching style which is enjoyable, and more importantly easy to understand. A typical class involves warm ups and pad work, technique training followed by practical application.
Getting Started is Easy
Simply choose between our Starter, Accelerator or Ultimate packages.
Our Starter package offers one Core skills class a week, while our Accelerator option lets you attend multiple classes every week.
For the quickest and most effective way to learn and improve, we highly recommend our Ultimate package which gives you unlimited access to a range of martial arts and fitness classes.

If you are new to Wing Chun, then you can start anytime in our beginners class. All you need to wear is a comfortable training t-shirt and either shorts or jogging bottoms. We do not wear shoes whilst training on the mat, so please bring some flip flops/sandals to wear between the changing area and the mat.
Taster Class
Not sure which martial art is right for you? Why not try a taster class for £15. Simply choose from a Wing Chun, San Da Kickboxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class.
If you try a taster and decide to buy a monthly membership package, then we will deduct the cost of the taster class from the monthly fee. Don't worry you will still get a NEW JOINER discount.
