ABOUT THIS CLASS.
Our Yoga class meets at our gym every Saturday at 12.15am.
The class runs for an hour. A typical Yoga class in our gym consists of a poses, breathing, and mediation exercises.
We recommend that you eat at least two hours before practice and also drink plenty of water before and after the class. It is not advised to drink water during the class.
Yoga classes are conducted in bare feet. Please wear clothes that you can move freely.
Our Yoga class costs only £25 for 4 classes in our gym. Please purchase using GymLab Fitness Package 8.
