Our Teenage program is a total martial art and fitness package combining strength, endurance and flexibility for the young adult. In short, this group are trained exacted the same as our adults.
We hope that by exposing our young adults to a range of martial arts concepts and principles their training will be fun, dynamic as well as effective in providing them with a well-balanced approach to defending themselves.
